1. What This App Is — And Is Not
This is a personal menstrual cycle tracking and wellness education app. It is designed to help you log, understand, and learn about your menstrual cycle and general reproductive wellness.
This app is NOT any of the following:
- A medical device
- A clinical diagnostic tool
- A certified contraceptive method
- A pregnancy confirmation or fertility guarantee service
- A substitute for professional medical care
This app has not been reviewed or approved by any health or medical regulatory authority — including the US FDA or the EU medicines regulator — as a medical device or contraceptive. Cycle predictions are statistical estimates based on your logged history and population averages. They are not clinically validated and must not be relied upon for medical or reproductive decisions.

All content, predictions, insights, articles, phase descriptions, fertility window estimates, symptom information, educational materials, and any other information provided through this app (collectively, "Content") are provided for informational and educational purposes only.
The Content does not constitute and must not be interpreted as:
- Medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
- A recommendation to start, stop, or change any medication or treatment
- A basis for reproductive or contraceptive decisions
- A guarantee of pregnancy, fertility, or ovulation timing
- A substitute for consultation with a licensed physician, gynaecologist, midwife, or other qualified healthcare provider
Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making any decisions related to your reproductive health, fertility, pregnancy, birth control, or any health condition you may have. Never delay seeking professional medical advice because of something you read in this app.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency services immediately. This app is not equipped to handle medical emergencies.
We expressly disclaim all liability for any health, medical, reproductive, or personal consequences arising from your reliance on the Content or predictions provided by this app.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use this app. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
If you are between 13 and 17 years of age, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian. By using the app, your parent or guardian (if applicable) also agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
We do not knowingly permit users under 13 to create accounts or use the app. If we discover that a user is under 13, we will immediately delete their account and all associated data.
If you are using this app on behalf of another person (for example, logging data for a family member), you represent that you have their consent to do so.
4. Your Account
Guest users: You may use free core features without creating an account. An anonymous session is created automatically. Guest data is tied to your device and session — if you uninstall the app without creating an account, your data cannot be recovered. Anonymous sessions cannot access Premium features. A registered Mozi account is required to subscribe to or use any Premium feature.
Registered users: When you create an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain the security of your password and not share your credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account at support@mozicycle.com
- Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
You may not use another person's account without their explicit consent. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use this app only for lawful, personal purposes. You must not:
- Use this app to make clinical, contraceptive, or medical decisions without professional guidance
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the app
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the app or its backend
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, databases, or other users' data
- Introduce viruses, malware, or any harmful code
- Use the app in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws
- Impersonate any person, organisation, or our staff
- Share your account or credentials with others
Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund of any subscription payments.
6. Your Data & Content
You own your data. All health information, cycle logs, mood entries, notes, and personal data you enter remain yours at all times.
By using this app, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service to you.
We do not claim ownership of your data, will not sell it, and will not use it for any purpose beyond what is described in our Privacy Policy. You may request a full export or deletion of your data at any time — see our Privacy Policy for details.
7. Premium Subscriptions
We offer optional Premium features through a paid subscription.
Billing: All subscriptions are processed and managed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store depending on your device. We do not directly handle payment card details.
Pricing: Current pricing is displayed within the app before purchase. Prices may vary by region and are subject to change with notice.
Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date through your App Store or Play Store account settings.
Free trials: Where offered, free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.
Cancellation: You may cancel at any time through your device's subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain Premium access until that date. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
Refunds: All refund requests are handled by Apple or Google under their respective refund policies. We have no authority to issue refunds directly.
Feature changes: We may add, modify, or remove Premium features. We will give reasonable notice before removing features material to your subscription.
8. Intellectual Property
The app and all its content — including but not limited to the app design, graphics, user interface, educational articles, algorithms, code, trademarks, and branding — are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, personal, non-commercial licence to use the app on your device(s) in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any part of this app without our prior written consent.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THIS APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we expressly disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:
- Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
- Warranties that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, virus-free, or secure
- Warranties that cycle predictions, fertile window estimates, or ovulation dates will be accurate
- Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any health content
Menstrual cycle tracking is inherently imprecise. Factors including stress, illness, travel, medication, and individual biology can cause significant variations. Do not rely on this app as your sole method of contraception or for pregnancy planning without consulting a healthcare provider.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:
We, our directors, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any:
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of data, revenue, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities
- Damages arising from reliance on cycle predictions, fertility estimates, or health content
- Damages resulting from pregnancy, failure to achieve pregnancy, or reproductive outcomes
- Damages arising from app downtime, data loss, or service interruptions
- Damages arising from unauthorised access to your account or data
Some countries do not allow the complete exclusion of liability for personal injury or certain damages. In those countries, our liability is limited to the maximum extent their law allows.
In all cases, our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from your use of this app shall not exceed the amount you paid for a subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless us and our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including legal fees — arising out of or related to:
- Your use of or inability to use the app
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Any inaccurate information you provide
- Your reliance on app content for medical or reproductive decisions
12. Service Availability & Changes
We aim to keep the app available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or the entire service at any time. For material changes that significantly impact your use of Premium features, we will provide at least 30 days' notice wherever reasonably possible.
13. Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time through Settings → Delete Account or by contacting support@mozicycle.com. Deletion permanently removes all your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
- Misuse the service in a way that harms other users or our systems
Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any subscription fees already charged. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification) will remain in effect.
14. Disputes
If you have a problem, please contact us first at support@mozicycle.com. We will do our best to resolve it within 30 days.
If we cannot resolve it directly, the dispute will be handled by the courts in your country. If you are based in Europe, you always have the right to take a claim to your local courts under your country's consumer protection laws — we cannot take that right away.
No group lawsuits: To the extent your country's law allows, you agree to bring any claim against us individually, not as part of a group or class action lawsuit.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will notify you in the app at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the app after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the app and may delete your account before the effective date.
